I am a composer, writer, musician and teacher who has performed all over the US and taught music students of all ages for twenty years.

Staying true to my heroes past and present, I try to record and make art that pushes into the new.

As a teacher, I try to help teachers and students explore new ways of making music so the art-form can remain constant in our culture – always looking forward instead of back.
